The Job…

• Ensure your safety and security of other people, vehicles and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards in the workplace to line manager.
• Learn repair techniques under the guidance of your appointed qualified technician.
• Understand the work that’s been agreed and the time you have been given to complete the repair.
• Ensure any identified faults have been reported and noted on the job card.
• Accurately complete job card to include details of repairs completed, parts required and labour to be charged.
• You will be expected to carry out an electronic vehicle health check including video and record your findings.
• Ensure vehicles are protected and kept clean during service and repair.
• Record all hours, new part serial numbers and all material usage accurately.
• It is expected that you will complete your ongoing apprentice training provided by the manufacturer.

GCSE Grades 9-4 (A*-C) in: English & Math.
