Permanent, Full Time, Monday – Friday, £9.00 per hour

This is a hybrid role which involves aspects of both sales administration and basic accounting. You will ensure the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles, providing an excellent support service to the sales and accounts functions whilst complying with our quality standards, policies and procedures.
The main duties within this role will be:
Sales and Purchase ledger processing
Daily bank and bank statement processing
Bank and control accounts reconciliations
Aspects of credit control
General administration to support the Sales Admin team
Ordering new vehicles
Registering, taxing and invoicing for vehicles and products
Arranging funding for used vehicles and removing it when sold
Processing paperwork on a timely basis
