We’ve been given the green light to fully re-open and we can’t wait to welcome you back into our retailers. Even though our sales and service teams have been fully operational and busy during the last year, we’ve missed the most important part of our job – you!

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will be ready and on hand to showcase our new 2021 Land Rover, Jaguar and Volvo line ups and Approved Used Vehicle displays. We’re now taking bookings for test drives, which are proving popular amongst our customers, so contact your nearest retailer to secure yours and let’s get you in the diary; something for us both to look forward to!

PPE and cleanliness

All our staff are fully equipped with appropriate PPE and are tested using infrared thermometers. We’ve established additional cleaning procedures throughout too, including disinfecting all touch points on our vehicles.

Personal hygiene

We provide hand sanitiser for you when you visit – and although you won’t be welcomed with the customary Hatfields handshake, you will be welcomed with a smile and great personal service, at a safe distance.

Your service booking throughout the COVID-19 pandemic - A step-by-step guide.

Prior to your arrival at Hatfields

You will receive a pre-call by our duty service advisor to confirm your allocated arrival / collection time. It is important that you keep to these times so we can adhere to government guidelines regarding social distancing.

Preparing your vehicle

Please can we ask that you remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to arrival. If your car is in for service, please ensure that your locking wheel nut removal key is left in the car for us to use.

On arrival at Hatfields

Please can we ask that you turn off your air conditioning prior to exiting your car. We only need your ignition key and or smart key, these will be placed in a secure key bag during your visit. We cannot accept keys on bunches.

Collecting your vehicle when service is completed

As our service department may be working to reduced hours, please confirm a collection time with your duty service advisor. For your safety your car will be sanitised before you collect it.


We accept personal debit card, personal credit card and bank transfer as methods of payment. Please note that unfortunately we do not accept cash.
