Accounts / Sales Administrator

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum Dependent on Experience

Permanent, Full Time, Monday – Friday

2 YEARS+ ACCOUNTS EXPEIRENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced competent Accounts Administrator who is looking to take the next step with a prestige brand with the security and support of a family owned, dynamic dealer group that has an excellent reputation for looking after its staff and delivering excellent customer service. 

This is a hybrid role which involves aspects of both accounting and sales administration. You will ensure the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles, providing an excellent support service to the sales and accounts functions whilst complying with our quality standards, policies and procedures.

The main duties within this role will be:

  • Sales and Purchase ledger processing
  • Daily bank and bank statement processing
  • Bank and control accounts reconciliations
  • Aspects of credit control
  • General administration to support the Sales Admin team
  • Ordering new vehicles
  • Registering, taxing and invoicing for vehicles and products
  • Arranging funding for used vehicles and removing it when sold
  • Processing paperwork on a timely basis

  • Be self motivated

Accounts experience within the Motor Trade and experience of the Pinnacle system would be a distinct advantage
