Currently the group caters for the sales and aftersales requirements for Jaguar, Land Rover & Volvo.

The opportunity has arisen to be the financial head for our Jaguar and Land Rover sites in Hull. Reporting the Group Head of Finance, the individual will ensure robust policies and procedures are adhered to and deliver impeccable financial control. Working closely with the respective Head of Business, the individual will analyse key financial data and drive performance across all departments at both sites.
Key responsibilities are:
Full financial control of the site including sales, purchase, vehicle and nominal ledgers
Production of monthly management accounts with full analysis and commentary
Business Partnering with all site personnel
Analysis of key financial data to support in business decision making and drive performance
External manufacturer reporting adhering to their timescales
Delivery of robust forecasts and budgets adhering to company and manufacturers deadlines
Management and development of the accounts team
Support the local roll out of Group initiatives
Liaising with internal and external auditors
Coordination of payroll
A strong financial control background with an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA), you must be able to demonstrate your ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy retail / consumer focused business. You must have strong analytical and IT skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and functions of the business.
