We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to support the Land Rover brand at our facility in Liverpool. You will have a detailed knowledge of how an automotive retailer works as well as strong networking and leadership skills so that you can grow the business.
The General Manager must develop, cascade and deliver stretching but achievable operating plans with clear financial and customer service KPIs. Through proactive leadership you shall imbed customer first behaviours into all your staff. You will be pivotal in the recruitment, development and retention of a high performing team, as well as ensuring effective relationships are nurtured with customers, the manufacturer, suppliers, as well as statutory and professional bodies.
