Salary: £35,000 + £25,000 Bonus Opportunity

Permanent, Full Time, Monday – Friday plus Alternate Weekends

THE JOB

Throughout 2021 Hatfields Jaguar Sheffield has seen accelerated growth and demand for the Jaguar I-Pace and the wider exciting range of models within the Jaguar portfolio. We are looking to recruit a professional New Car Sales Manager to join our successful team.

As New Car Sales Manager working for the prestigious Jaguar brand, you will take accountability for the day to day running of our new car sales department including the delivery of sales volumes, margin and profitability targets.

You will be required to take control of the sales process and stock, devise market plans, set sales targets, compile and analyse sales figures, drive business performance by maximising customer satisfaction and proactively train and motivate a team of sales executives. You will ensure that your sales team are fully equipped to achieve their targets through effective training and coaching.

You will deal with customer concerns in a proactive and efficient manner and aim to constantly improve customer satisfaction.

SKILLS

You should demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing a high achieving sales team
  • Commercial awareness and a good understanding of market trends & manufacturer initiatives
  • Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a prestige retailer
  • Ability to Identify training and development needs within the team
  • Ability to develop a sales action plan and communicate targets effectively to the team

This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Sales Controller or Business Manager who is accustomed to the pressures of a high-volume environment whilst delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is not a position for a strategist or an administrator. We require a highly involved manager who will be working in a customer facing environment, being an integral part of the sales process, whilst at the same time coaching and guiding the sales force to constantly greater heights.
