What will I be doing?
As a Stock Preparation and Forecourt Assistant, you will work closely with and report to the Used Car Sales Manager. You will be key to ensuring that stock is are effectively, efficiently progressed and advertised.
Stock Preparation and Forecourt Assistant responsibilities include:
Prepare photos to manufacturer standard and upload them onto the Company website in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of purchased stock including ensuring that customer vehicles are cleaned and prepared efficiently to the highest standards ready for delivery.
On an ongoing basis, you will have key involvement in maintaining the Company’s standards of presentation in particular, within the showroom, car park and forecourt areas.
You will also co-ordinate the ‘care programme’ for the vehicles that are onsite.
You will provide daily support to the Used Car Sales Manager and Sales team
What do I need?
This is an interesting and varied role that will require you to co-operate professionally with others; work effectively within a team environment; have a ‘can do’ attitude; be calm, systematic and methodical; and have good attention to detail.
The successful Dealership Assistant will understand how important customer service is and the reputation of both Hatfields and the Jaguar brand. To meet our high standards, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a friendly and approachable manner and a mature outlook.
It is essential that you hold a current and valid driving licence.
