Celebrating Hatfields Excellence at the 2026 JLR Retailer of the Year Awards

We are delighted to celebrate an exceptional year of performance, resilience and dedication across our Hatfields retailers — achievements that stand out within JLR’s wider UK network.

At the 2026 Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards, held in March at Manchester’s Aviva Studios, partners from across the country came together to recognise the highest‑performing retailers and reflect on a year shaped by determination, client‑first service and an unwavering commitment to modern luxury. Despite industry‑wide challenges — including tariffs and the impact of the cyber incident — our teams continued to deliver excellence at every level.

One highlight we are incredibly proud to share is that Hatfields Land Rover Pickering has been named Aftersales Retailer of the Year 2025, marking two consecutive years of recognition. This award reflects the team’s hard work, expertise and commitment to delivering outstanding service every single day.

Hatfields also received nominations for:

• New Car Sales Dealer of the Year
• Approved Used Dealer of the Year
• Overall Retailer of the Year

These nominations celebrate the strength, consistency and outstanding performance of our teams across all departments.

We’re also pleased to share that Lithia UK were awarded Runner‑Up for JLR Partner of the Year, with Hatfields and Stratstone contributing to this fantastic recognition. Lithia additionally finished Top Three for Group of the Year, highlighting the consistency and drive shown across our wider organisation.

JLR acknowledged the dedication of partners across the network.
