The awards rate retailers from across the UK for all round performance, but most importantly customer satisfaction. It’s the highest accolade that Jaguar Land Rover bestow. A significant part of the judging criteria is based on feedback given to Jaguar Land Rover about us – all in all, an outstanding achievement for the group.

In 2021 Hatfields secured second place for Land Rover Group of the Year and Hatfields Land Rover Pickering were awarded second place in the Customer Experience Awards!

Hatfields were also named Group of the Year by Jaguar Land Rover for 2018 for both Jaguar and Land Rover.
