JAECOO 7 named best-selling Chinese car in the UK for October

More than 20,000 JAECOO 7s have been sold in the UK since it launched in January 2025.

The JAECOO 7 has been ranked as the best-selling Chinese car in the UK during October, selling 2,611 units, according to data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). Together with sister brand OMODA, JAECOO has 81 dealerships in the UK, with additional dealerships planned.

The JAECOO 7 is available from £30,115, with the plug-in hybrid SHS variant starting at £35,165. Building on its success, JAECOO will soon begin deliveries of the compact JAECOO 5 and its electric counterpart, the E5. In October, 6,489 JAECOO 7s were registered in the UK, making it the fourth best-selling car across all brands.
