Step Inside the Future of Jaguar: Type 01
Jaguar has offered a closer look at the interior of the highly anticipated Type 01, unveiling a dramatic new vision for luxury automotive design at Monterey Car Week.
Designed around the philosophy of Exuberant Modernism, the Type 01 introduces a refined and immersive cabin experience. The interior places the driver in a low, cocooning GT-inspired seating position, while bold linear design elements create a seamless connection between the vehicle’s striking exterior and its luxurious four-seat interior.
Crafted with a focus on sensory experience, the cabin features rich artisan textiles, a sophisticated colour palette inspired by travertine stone and elegant brass-inspired detailing, including Jaguar’s iconic leaper motif.
In keeping with the minimalist design approach, technology and controls remain discreetly hidden until required, allowing clean surfaces and uninterrupted forms to take centre stage while ensuring intuitive functionality when needed.
The unveiling provides another exciting glimpse into Jaguar’s future direction, combining luxury, craftsmanship and innovation in a way that remains unmistakably Jaguar.
The full reveal of the Jaguar Type 01 is scheduled to take place in New York on 6 October 2026.
